Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 12 hours advance notice of all appointment cancellations. NO SHOWS and cancellatons whereby insufficient notice has been provided will be charged their full appoinmtent fee.
Where sufficient cancellation notice has been submitted, your appointment will be scheduled and a credit applied to your account for future booking purposes.
We do not issue refunds or returns and all payments for services are final.
We reserve the right to refuse service, at our sole discretion.
