It is important that all scheduled appointments be attended and on time. We understand however, that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise which delays your prompt arrival or prevents you from attending at all. In those circumstances, we request that you contact us via phone or here on-line to advise us of your delay or unavailability to attend your schedule appointment. As we receive numerous calls for assistance, it is often possible that your appointment time may be utilized for another person awaiting services.
Additionally, we request that 24 hours advance notice of any planned cancellations be provided to us to allow for contingency planning and re-scheduling of appointments.
A flat rate of $50.00 dollars will be charged to all accounts (including Groups) were no notice or sufficient notice has not been provided. This policy applies to in-office and on-line appointments respectively. This fee will also be applied to all on-line accounts whereby sufficient payment has not been made within 3.0 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Any scheduled appointments will be automatically cancelled and all login credentials deactivated.
PLEASE NOTE: All scheduled appointments are for the time period specified at time of booking. Time extensions will not be possible for late arrivals and the scheduled session will conclude at it's regularly-scheduled time.
In exceptionally rare circumstances whereby repeat cancellations, lateness or no-shows have occurred without adequate advance notice being provided, we reserve the right to refuse indefinitely any and all future services, at our discretion.
